Alta Velocita Grandstand offers an excellent view from the inside of the first chicane, Variante del Rettifilo. A key overtaking spot as they brake from over 200 mph to just 50 mph. You may also be able to view some of the main straight from this grandstand. Although this is great viewing spot its some distance from the centre of the circuit where all the major bars and shops are located.
A superb grandstand on the edge of the famous and evocative Ascari curves. No other grandstand offers such an exciting and close view of the cars as they pass through the high speed chicanes and curves. It's no wonder that tickets for this prized grandstand sell out within weeks of going on sale. A giant video wall keeps you up to date with all the race action.
In front of the pits, offering a perfect view of build up to the race and the spectacular start. Also wheel changes, the finish and podium ceremony. It also gives an excellent view of the cars as they exit the Curva Parabolica, one of the fastest and most difficult turns on the circuit. The cars pass you at speeds in excess of 200mph before hitting the brakes hard before Rettifilo. Huge video walls keep you up to date with all the race action. During the build up to the race inside the main grandstands it is a high octane atmosphere, Mexican waves, flag waving, singing. The Monza podium celebrations are a magical experi
General admission tickets are great value for money. There are many places around the circuit that you can access with a general admission ticket. Not the conventional seated grandstands, these areas include mounds and small shaded stands around the inside of the track. If there are seats, they are not numbered so be sure to get there early for the best viewing spots. It might also be an idea to bring fold away chairs and binoculars for some parts of general admission.
This grandstand is located on the outside of the circuit just before the last corner. Fantastic views of the cars racing down the back straight, where they can reach speeds of up to 200mph, before braking for the famous Parabolica Corner, a very fast 3rd gear corner.
This grandstand offers similar views to Parabolic 21a grandstand but with the advantage of being situated a bit deeper into the curve for an enhanced view of the race action. It's other attraction is that it is covered and offers protection from the weather be it hot sunshine or heavy rain.
Grandstand 4 sits just after the start line, and is a great place to watch the dramatic race start, see the winner take the chequered flag, and the excitement of the pre-race grid preparations. Seats here provide have a great view of the pit lane exit and are well placed to watch the post-race celebrations on the main straight, as the passionate Ferrari fans, or Tifosi, swarm onto the track to watch the podium celebrations.

The Monza circuit is unique. It’s like going back to the days when you would always come across drivers as you made your way around the circuit. Over the years we have bumped into many famous faces and we are delighted to tell our guests where the drivers will be.
Your weekend ticket allows entrance to the Thursday Pit lane walk. Your opportunity to get within touching distance of the cars and drivers. Enjoy the carnival atmosphere whilst enjoying a drink or two, search out your grandstand and seats and perhaps visit the very nice bars at the park entrance where you will be dropped off and collected by the hotels shuttle service.
It’s 2010 Fernando Alonso has just won the race, Filipe Massa has come second. A Ferrari one two! I’m in the crush under the podium, one amongst thousands of delirious flag waving Ferrari fans. And then Alonso appears on the podium. The celebrations get even wilder and the noise is just incredible. The Italian national anthem is played. Champagne is flying through the air over the crowd. Alonso has just become a Ferrari legend. Fast forward to 2019 and Charles Leclerc repeats this amazing feat and scenes of celebration are repeated. You have to be there to appreciate the passion of the tifosi. Given the talent of young Charles Leclerc it could be you standing under the podium being splashed with Champagne. Don’t delay book today.
The hotel is only 10 minutes from circuit entrance. We operate a private minibus service from the hotel to the circuit and back again. The way it operates is that you book a time slot to go to and return from the circuit. This means you can choose to go to the circuit at a time to suit your needs. For example you could choose to arrive at the circuit much later than normal, just in time for the start of qualifying thus avoiding the crowds passing through security. When returning from the circuit again choose a later time than normal and visit one of the very nice bars at the park entrance and enjoy a aperitivo and chat with fellow guests. It really is a chilled way to enjoy the race weekend. The price of the transfers is included for Friday, Saturday and Sunday. For Thursday the cost of the transfers is Euro 30.00 per person / day payable directly to the hotel.
Driving to Monza in Northern Italy can be a great adventure. The hotel has private parking and over the years many have discovered the joy of driving over the Dolomite mountains to the Grand Prix.
For this event you should book flights to Linate airport. The cost of the flights are not included in the event price.
You could also consider Melpensa airport. However it’s a 60 km journey to reach the hotel.
Transfers from Linate airport to the hotel should cost around Euro 40 per taxi per way. Taxis can be found outside the arrivals hall. The journey to the hotel should take around 20 minutes. Join our Facebook event group and share taxi costs.
During the race weekend we capture the spirit of the event in photos which we publish in the MotoExpress Photo Album for your lasting enjoyment.
I wish to thank you for the great event at Monza. We did have a good time at the circuit. It has been the best F1 I have attended. Please send our thanks to Paul for the support as well. He informed me that you moved to Australia. Hope to connect with you in the future for another F1 event.
John & Linda, Thanks for putting a great trip together for Monza. We really enjoyed all the folks and of course the race. We're looking forward to a future trip to at least Barcelona and Monaco. Would you be willing to email me a copy of the photo where Mark Webber is running in behind Linda and us Sunday morning as the drivers are arriving? We would really appreciate a copy of it! Thanks again and cheers!
Hi John Thanks for your part in what was a great experience. From my point of view, exactly the right amount of organisation (a lovely Hotel, tickets, savvy transport etc), without being "herded". Things that would have been for me, painful to organise, done well as part of the package without any fuss.
John Just to say thanks we had a wonderful experience at Monza. The race was thrilling, our first time at the GP, the seats couldn't have been better, the hotel was beautiful, the company good fun and all the arrangements ran smoothly. So thanks again and I have no hesitation in recommending you to friends. Keith and Julie
We invite guests to return to this section after they have attended the race and to share their enjoyment of the event with others. Send your feedback.
